Dog Days
Mcr Wedding
July 24th weekend Cate flew for the very 1st time to Houstan, TX. Our good friend Stephanie McReynolds became Mrs. Scott. Cate is the best traveler. We had an amazing time as did Cora. She stayed in Missouri and got her Grandma and Gramma Smith's full attention. Congrats McR!

MU quilt
13 week old and playing. Gramma Smith made Cate this MU quilt and we love it! Cate sure has found her voice these days. She likes to kick and coo.

Day 4
Took a trolley ride around Savannah's historic district. Cora loved it!
We saw the spot where Forrest Gump's bench was placed and we even saw Forrest! That is him running down the street ya'll!
We played hide and seek in one of the city squares before having lunch at Paula Deen's Lady and Sons resturant. It was so so yummy! Loved the Mac 'n cheese, creamed sweet corn, fried chicken, and peach cobbler ya'll. Then back to the beach to burn off some calories and bury Cora.
Day 3
Wormsloe Plantation Ruins Savannah, GA
Jenea could not stop talking about how awesome the trees were. Finally, Cora J said, "Mom, I am tired of looking at these trees!" Classic.
The 150 year old trees running a mile long were worth it. A MAZ ING.

Stopped on River Street for those wonderful Prailines. Then to cool down and have some fun, Cora played in the new fountain at Forsyth Park.
Had lunch at Uncle Bubba's which is Paula Deen's brother's resturant. He just happened to be there. He was so friendly and food so yummy. We will never forget those cornbread muffins!
After her nap, Cora was ready to go. She ran laps around the house.
Our favorite way to end the day: sunset at the beach. Our beach house had bikes for us to ride. We had never rode a bike on a beach before, takes a little effort!
